5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent on the anatomy of political tyranny 20 April 2000
By A Customer
Format:Paperback
Excellent and moving book on the anatomy of political and racial tyranny and political corruption in a mythical but not difficult to identify Caribbean country. It fictionalises real events. Especially welcome since we need more fiction on themes like these. Tremendous literary and poetic style. This book deserves to be better known and more widely read.
