5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely Brilliant 6 Feb 2013
My husband bought this product in an attempt to cure his chronic plantar problems in his foot. Within no time at all, he was up and about again and hasn't suffered with it since. I also decided to try this as a massage roller for my shoulder; which i have suffered with for nearly 20 years.I stuck a wooden spoon down the centre to allow it to be used as a roller. It certain broke up the knotting cluster of muscles, and my shoulder ache has improved dramatically. I use it on a daily basis and expect it will completely clear it pretty soon. Well worth the money. If i could give it 6 stars, i would.

5.0 out of 5 stars Small but effective 18 Aug 2013

Combine with a wooden spoon as another reviewer said - works great for sore legs after all day on the feet. A little clumsy to use on the floor, especially for calves (as it is so low down) so you may need to experiment with different platforms. The little bumps on the surface are really nice and help your muscles to heal

2.0 out of 5 stars A Tennis ball is more effective 31 May 2014

A fairly pointless bit of kit.
Yes you can roll your feet, but a tennis ball gets into your feet more effectively.
As to Hamstrings and calves, its not worth it as you cant get a strong or smooth enough rolling action to actually make any difference.
Again a tennis ball for these areas works better, and a golf ball for more specific points.
So frankly a waste of money + its surprisingly heavy, so not particularly travel friendly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing! 16 May 2014

I've tried everything else but the footeez works better and faster on PF than anything else. Tennis ball is no match for this. And forget about strapping, socks etc. I was skeptical at first because the shape is opposite of a ball, but this is so much better becuse it covers the whole sole so it's quicker. It's firm but has some rubbery give so not too hard. The surface stimulates circulation which for a diabetic is valuable even when no PF symptoms. And a nice surprise was the leaflet that shows even more ways to use it in different parts of the body for releasing tightness. I just can't understand why my podiatrist didn't tell me about this - just said to massage, but I'd never get the power from my fingers that's needed.
