Though I already knew a considerable ammount about the game this book is an excellent point of reference and is great for explaining football to friends and relatives who aren't so knowlegable. And it was full of little humourous anecdotes and facts about the sport. The author has a pretty entertaining take on things too, which makes it a good choice especially for those new to football.
I'd recomment it to anyone interested in the sport, not just dummmies.
