I am surprised that a comprehensive guide like this had not been written before. An excellent book for the budding MSK Podiatrist.
The only negative point is that the DVD the book comes with does not run on Mac OS X Lion. The disk needs to be updated, or the sleeve notes need to be updated to reflect this.
