I have had the pleasure of receiving this book recently. The layout is very nice with the left page being a description of the particular food with the opposite page having a lovely recipe and other info with a photo. The description includes the make-up of the food including calories, fat, carbs, proteins, minerals etc and why this choice is great for your body. The book is a nice medium "coffee table" size with pages made of lovely paper with rounded corners which is something you don't see often.

I feel overall this book really hits the spot concerning nutrient rich foods to help you stay feeling and looking healthy and young!

A MUST buy book!!!
