Amazon provided a very fast delivery and a competitive price. Now Mineral Caps is a good product and has the right mix of minerals without Iron. I like that the daily recommended dosage is four times a day which allows me to take them with meals. The size and shape of the capsules are easy to swallow.

have been using these for some time (?couple of years)... prior, when working out intensely (swim practice for 2 hrs)... I would be prone to cramping. These seem to help. couple earlier in day prior, couple at start of practice, couple few hours afterwards... cramping better.
