About the Author
Fran Warde trained as a professional chef and cooked all over the world. In Britain she ran a successful restaurant and catering business, before setting up her own cookery school. Fran was Food Editor of Red magazine for five years and now contributes to a number of publications including Olive, BBC Good Food, The Times Magazine and Waitrose Food Illustrated. She is the author of best-selling cookbook Eat Drink Live for Ryland Peters & Small, and The French Kitchen, which she co-wrote with novelist Joanne Harris.
