I bought this book as a gift to a friend. He loved it.
It's not just like a dictionary or something like this, it talks about combinations between ingredients and it has also some receipts (not to many receipts).
I think that I've made a good choice!

I just bought this book yesterday. I fell in love at the first sight to this book and this feeling doesn't cheat me..The cover really goes well with the content. I have more information about ingredients from all over the world. Once you open it, you'll be on board of a tour of ingredients from Asia to Afrika. For me, it is indispensable to have a good knowledge about the ingredients before jump start cooking! Glad I found this book!
