A wonderful book packed full of tasty recipes. I love the way its formatted which makes it extremely easy to locate in separate sections starch or protein meals. All the recipes look extremely tasty and there are just so many it wil take me forever to cook them all!! Fantastic. Only trouble is that every recipe I've tried so far I've loved so much, I keep re-cooking them, so goodness only knows when I will ever get to cook them all. Great for vegetarians or meat eaters. Highly recommended.

I already have a book on Food Combining but was looking for more meal suggestions. This book gives me just that. I have already benefitted from food combining, healthwise, and am looking forward to putting the new menus into effect. Thank you for prompt delivery and first class presentation.

I LOVE this book, it's so simply and cleanly laid out! There aren't any photos but that does not detract from the book. The recipes are clean and simple, healthy and uncomplicated. I do not food combine, I just like this style of food and as a vegetarian it suits me for fast and healthy meals. I have a friend who used this book to food combine and it did what it says on the cover, the plan is clear to follow and he did lose weight, health-wise though as a diet/life-style plan it perhaps is lacking in fat and calories for the average man to maintain a healthy weight.
