This review is from: Food Allergies : Enjoying Life with a Severe Food Allergy (Paperback)
I was very impressed with this book. It is jam-packed full of useful and practical information. People living with allergies are likely to find it indispensible as a guide to managing their allergy and still enjoying life and health professionals will find fascinating facts about living with allergies which are often not in the textbooks. As the author, Tanya Wright, is a State-registered Dietitian as well having a severe allergy the reader gains a personal perspective on the condition combined with the latest current knowledge and practice in diagnosing and managing the condition. All written in a very engaging style! Highly recommended by this reader.
