Jenny Ridgwell has written over 60 books, mostly about food and cooking. She started her own publishing company Ridgwell Press in 1990 and has many Food Technology and Textiles Technology books in her collection. The most successful product is an online Nutrition Program which analyses recipes, diets and meals. Jenny is currently writing a memoir, I taught them to cook, about her teaching in the east end of London in the 1970s which can be found on her blog www.jennyridgwell.co.uk.
