i'm a japanese and live in japan.i'm really happy to know there're big fans of porno graffitti in america,too.they've just
released their new albums which contain their best songs and i'm gonna buy it.there're much more porno graffitti albums in amazon.co.jp. I love "music hour" very much.

An amazingly good Band!

Porno Graffitti is a band that really delivers quality music on all their albums. Foo?, their second album, has some of my favourite songs like Music Hour, Saudaji, Dessin #2 and Saboten.
Every single song of theirs is quality; well written, produced, played and especially sung. Akihito, the singer, has perfect pitch (if not a perfect voice) and it fits the songs well. Haruichi, the guitarist, and Tama, the bassist, all play remarkably well. And even more importantly they all contribute to the writting process of the songs! I love a band that writes it's own music.
Foo? is a great album. If you get a chance try their other albums as well.

Porno Graffiti's American Accessibility

Most Americans are afraid to try Japanese music, or any foreign music for that matter, for the sake that trends in other countries tend to be far different, the language barrier seems impossible, or perhaps they are afraid that they might <i>like</i> it and have to start a more expensive habit of it. I assure you, with Porno Graffiti, the music is acessible to all cultures, with catchy upbeats but soulful, sorrowful lyrics that catch the mind and the body dancing. ^_^
