Amazon Verified Purchase
A problem with the current generation of smartphones is battery life - leave the wifi on and you soon find the phone needs charging almost every day. The advantage of the Hero (eat your heart out iPhone) is that you can get to the battery and upgrade it (and carry the old as a spare).
For the money you get a decent life battery (I am charging every third day) which is about twice the thickness of the standard so this also comes with a new back cover. I was pleased that the cover fits well and looks to be of similar material and standard as the phone's original.
I now have a chunkier and heavier phone - it is too big for some pockets (though smaller than phones I had less than ten years ago)meaning it is harder to overlook but a bit less portable.

Poor customer service, had the incorrect cover sent and was given a hard time about it. They tried to convince me that it was the right one, though it was half the size of my phone itself and definitely not the one pictured.

Advert states battery is 3000mAh in the title description but the tech specs list it as 2800mAh. Contacted seller to clarify which one they are actually selling but as of yet (4 days), no answer from them. Still none the wiser. Do they do proper customer support?
