Product Description

Synopsis

A sequel to Andrew Matthew's "Being Happy" and "Making Friends", this is a simple and practical guide for anyone who wants to find purpose in their life and work. It is about: doing what one loves; dealing with bills and broken legs; discovering one's own power; finding peace of mind; dealing with disasters; and not blaming one's mother. The book is also about: how happy people think; why rich people make money, even by accident; and what losers do, and how not to be like them.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must read sometime in your life., 10 April 2001
By A Customer
This book provides a very simple reflection on what life is all about and everyone should be able to relate to it. Sometimes disguised amongst the humour are some very deep and meaningful insights. Very easy to read and read again as each time something new jumps out at you from the pages. I recommend that everyone read this book at least once in their life.

5.0 out of 5 stars A book that everyone should read at least every 6 months, 9 Nov 1999
By A Customer
I loved this book so much that I bought the author's other two - this is the only one that you need to read!

This book is full of things that you already know - but need to be reminded of. It puts ideas over in a highly effective way - using funny stories and cartoons. This is a book that everyone should have and read to remind yourself of what is important in life. When someone feels down - I lend them this book; if they want to make a life changing decsion I buy them this book - everyone so far has loved it and been happier as a result. If this is the only self help book you read make it this one - cheap too!

5.0 out of 5 stars A book to read again and again, 6 Feb 2001
By A Customer
I love Andrew Matthew's book on how to get a better life. "Follow Your Heart" is a real gem. It contains a modern version of the Ten Commandments: The Ten Principles, such as principle 6: "What you focus on in life expands" - which is very true. The book is illustrated by Matthew's wonderful and humorous drawings. I'm sure it will change your life.
