MARGUERITE QUINTELLI-NEARY is Director of the English Education program at Winthrop University, South Carolina, where she also teaches literature and composition. /e She is an active member of the National Council of Teachers of English and the American Conference for Irish Studies and has presented papers and published in the areas of pedagogy, literature, and folklore.
