Not bad but not adequate as the sole source to write will,

The package is easy to use and the user interface is adequate. However I feel that there is not enough flexibility ie, if want to leave whole estate to partner but if partner dies then leave to children would only by able do this by adding an additional comment at the end. The facility is not there to do this automatically with all the right legal jargon. Although the will I was presented with had some resemblance to a will I had previously had 'Professionly' done there were many things missing. Without consulting a solicitor not sure whether what appears to differ should really be there. The package does say on it that it recommends that you consult a lawyer regarding the legal validity of the document. Which having seen the resulting will I can understand why. However as the purpose of buying this package was to avoid the legal profession as my previous attempt to do it through a lawyer was a fiasco it seen to be defeating the object.
