My sister gave me this. Once you have learnt how to operate the program which takes about 5 minutes, you can step through the lessons with much ease. You can even click on a word and have it read as many times as you wish.
It is good to hear the dialogue spoken as a native spanish speaker would. I came looking for a more advanced level of the same course. I think the negative comments left do not justify this innovative approach to learning a foreign language. I did not use the section where the learner is to read out the sentences.

I got this from a bargain bin for 5.99 and now I know why. The software is hard to use (and I consider myself gifted at computer use), you are launched straight into a video of a guy being picked up by his parents at the airport, all speaking fluent Spanish with subtitles beneath - no sentence breakdowns, no nothing. And they are using slang sentences and mixing topics which as a beginner makes it damn near impossible!!

Very natural way to learn spanish, not formal or wooden. I found this programe a great introduction to speaking spanish with a real life feel and a good rhythm to it. For the money you should give it a go and see how you get on with it, you wil definitly learn some Spanish.
