Manufacturer's Description

The Virtual Adventure You’ll Never Forget!

This is a special world, inhabited by unique virtual life forms known as Norns. Norns are artificial life creatures with their own Digital DNA, brains and biochemistry. They learn and think for themselves, but they need you to love them, care for them and play with them.

The adventure starts from the moment your first Norn hatches in the Nestery! Explore the Creatures Adventures world with them – do you dare to walk through the spooky forest? Or fly through Cloud Land in a magical sky boat? In Creatures Adventures the choice is yours. Norns live on your computer and they need to eat, sleep and play. Keep them fed, give them lots to do, and they’ll be your friends for life.

Care for them, explore with them, but most of all, love them. For kids of all ages!

5.0 out of 5 stars Missunderstood, 17 Jul 2004
By A Customer
As I noticed somebody reviewed this by saying its a spin off of dogz and catz, the truth is its nothing like them. The idea isnt to control the norns, and if thats what you want to do, buy dogz or catz. Each norn has a complex biochemistry that can be altered, the game runs on s macro language thats easy to learn, and is based on creatures 3/docking station (the most powerfull srtificial life ever) so you can edit nearly all of the game. this game is a great intro to its genre for kids or the perfect adition to your collection as a veteran. Its great, you'll love it if you play right.

1.0 out of 5 stars Problems with XP, 23 Feb 2004
By A Customer
Unfortunately, with XP and DirectX 9.0b installed, this game does not work properly as far as the graphics are concerned. Even worse, it has a knock on effect on the graphics of other games that do run under XP meaning a reinstall of the other games to fix the problem. I have read elsewhere on the internet that Creatures Adventures has not been tested with DirectX9.0b and it has just been assumed that it will work. Shame really as the kids loved it.

4.0 out of 5 stars Creatures To Look After, 30 April 2003
This is a game all about little goblin kind of things that you have to look after and feed and help sleep and play with. They hatch from an egg at the start and grow up, if you are interested in this you can buy it for £6.99 and that is very cheap. For more details look at the other reviews

1.0 out of 5 stars Pants!
A REALLY BAD spin-off from Dogz and Catz. The graphics and interactive gameplay are terrible! I found Catz etc quite good fun but this game was just a waste of money! Read more
