Don't be fooled. A simple arrow can appear in 10 different sized and 50 color hues; and this counts as 10*50=500 images just for an arrow of no special design. Most of the graphics are ugly and useless.

Promises great things - but doesn't deliver,

The promise of thousands of professional-quality images for web site designers, but in practice there are just many variations of the same image, and they are mostly of pretty poor quality. For example, none of the text on the button is antialiased or smoothed, making it look very unprofessional. The other images are of very poor quality. This CD is probably only of use for an absolute beginner, anyone with some experience will do much better making their own controls in a decent paint package.

These would have been barely useful back in 1998. Right now they are completely unacceptable for any professional use. They are not antialised, everything looks chewed/gnawed, and even the designs are very, VERY old school. Of the sort that were seen a lot on places like Geocities. Give it a wide miss unless you're going for retro feel.
