The Flymo Multimo 340XC is a stylish and modern lawn mower with a 3 in 1 cutting system that will make maintaining your garden easier than ever.
Your Multimo 340XC has a host of features, all aimed at giving you the ultimate experience when it comes to mowing your lawn. Fitted with a 34 cm metal blade and a powerful 1500 watt motor, your Multimo 340XC will effectively cut and collect your grass in its 40 litre plastic grass box, compacting the cuttings, collecting more grass, and ultimately, you will be wasting less time emptying. The Vision window allows you to see when the grass box is full.
Switch to mulch with the easy fit mulch plug, and your Multimo 340XC will cut the grass into small clippings. The grass then disappears back into the lawn acting as a natural fertilizer, while also improving moisture retention for a healthier lawn.
Your Multimo 340XC also has a rear discharge flap. Mowing with this cutting system, the grass is cut and then scattered neatly behind as you mow, ideal if your grass is too long to collect or mulch.
The Easi-Reel system means no more tangled cable, simply reel the cable in for neat and tidy storage. The rear roller will give your lawn that finishing touch, and the large rear wheels provide that extra maneuverability.
Your Multimo 340XC's light weight design means that it is easy to carry and folds away for easy storage. Obtaining your desired grass length is simple and easy to achieve, 5 heights of cut (between 20 - 65mm) are adjustable via a single lever.
The 15 metre mains cable on your Multimo 340XC gives you the freedom and flexibility to move around your lawn, without having to worry about running out of cable.

The Flymo 340XC mower is generally a good mower. However, it is very heavy to handle when preparing for cutting grass. One problem with the mower is that the handle is not adjustable. Hence a slightly crouched position has to be adopted when using, this may not apply to all users as it depends on the height of user.
A major problem is that where the handle connects to the body of the mower the plastic clamps are already showing signs of wear, after only one grass cutting and I can foresee that these will eventually wear out and need replacing which is not a simple job as the body of the mower would have to be replaced along with these clamps. Flymo needs to look at this aspect of the design of the mower and modify.

Great lawn mower,not being aprofessional gardener I find this mower really easy to use. Not too heavy and the back roller helps put lovely lines in your grass. The grass box does its job and it comes with a nice long lead. Happy gardening!

I was excited to receive my new lawn mower after a week. I managed to put it together quite easily but did notice that it was a lot bigger than my old flymo and heavier. The plus though was it went right up to the edges and it left no mess on my flower beds or patio like my old mower use to and the cut is just awsome! The only other thing I really didn't like about it was the way the handle folds down when not in use. To get it to fold flat you basically have to take it apart. I couldn't be bothered to do that everytime I finished mowing so I just leave it ready for mowing in the shed which does take up a lot of room. Overall though I am pleased with it.
