Ordered a flymo to replace my old flymo (25 yrs old) that i had packed up through hard work and old age. newer model delivered within 2 days and it picks up the grass as well i love it

Although I didn't purchase this through Amazon I thought I'd add a review to deter others from purchasing this mower. Over the years I've become an expert in buying rubbish lawnmowers but this one is definitely the worst so far. It doesn't mow and it doesn't vac much. It doesn't hover and is very difficult to manoeuveur around. I'm off now to browse through Amazon to see if I can purchase an even worse mower to replace this one!

Hover? More like dragging it around, and my garden is a mess now.
I am a sucker for better technology. After reading about lawn mower that hovers above the grass certainly have intrigued me.
But this item is really no good. The only time i can feel it hover is above my stone slabs area in my garden.
1) It hovers just 1-2mm above my stone slabs. I feel that there is no way it can "float" above my lawn.
2) The air that produces the cushion is insufficient to make it hover.
3) I had to drag it and carry it while it cuts.
4) Instead of cutting the grass, it actually pulls the grass out.
The only thing that works well is the vacuum. It does sucks pretty well.
I feel that it doesn't work with grasses too long.
It doesn't work if the ground is uneven.
I've only used it once, and it made me feel that I no longer want to mow it anymore.
