This is the first trimmer I have bought and I am very pleased with it. It is easy to use and edges my lawn in a fraction of the time it took me before. I would recommend it to anyone with a small to medium garden. It is really quite light and I have no problems using it. Wish I had bought it years ago!!!!

I bought this for under £30- and it does what it says it does. It was easy to set up, but if you are using this in a garden that is a little further from the house then you will need an extension reel or lead as this is not a cordless model. Still, for the price it's a bargain and is easy to use, light and efficient. It's no pro gardening tool, but if it's just for a quick tidy up it's great. I have a sloped garden set apart by steps and concrete and it was no challenge at all. Great product, but the cord just isn't long enough on it's own!

Amazon Verified Purchase
Unlike all the much heavier models by flymo and others like Bosch which are so heavy they are thoroughly unpleasant to use, this is lightweight and very easy to get a precise neat edge. I've had no problem with line breakage but I've not tried to use it for heavier jobs that its not designed for.

A very poor strimmer. The cord snaps immediately when in the edging position and snaps quickly in the strim position. It has to be held at an awkward angle to use. Read more
