I couldn't agree more with the other reviewers - I bought 2 strimmers on Amazon and both had to go back because of faults - bought this one on impulse in B&Q without looking at reviews - expected Flymo to do the job, I thought it had a good reputation. I have to stop every 2-3 minutres to unravel the spool because it gets stuck - sometimes spend ages even finding the end. The nylon cord seems to stick to itself - and even get buried beneath top layers of cord on the spool. The third time I used it the cap that holds the spool broke - so that's £6 for a replacement. The most frustrating thing I have ever owned. A pity, because for the 2-3 minutes it works, it works really well. But I'm glad others have had the same experience - I was beginning to wonder if it was just me.
