If you want a book to help you start the search for a salmon caught on a fly rod this is it. It has everything you need. The chapter on costs of salmon fishing may have altered over the past 15 years or so, but how to catch one hasn't. The chapter on catch and release has become even more important. The life cycle of the salmon is the same now as it has been for millions of years. A really great book with details of tackle needed, water conditions flies hooking and playing the fish. Wonderful book
