5.0 out of 5 stars Wonderful Fairy Tales, 25 Aug 2003
By A Customer
I adored this book. Its wonderfully detailed illustration are the perfect compliment to the whimsical and fantastical descriptions which draw you in and keep you mesmorised until the last page. The imaginative style and description is perfect inspiration for children to carry on reading classics or even turning their own hand at writing a short story. Small enough for little hands its perfect for those children who love tales of fairies, kings, queens and princesses. The book is great fun offering the child a chance to choose which autumn fairy they are most like and which fairy could be hiding at the bottom of their garden.A great book for children to read alone and perfect for parent and child to read together. The age old childhood believe of fairies at the bottom of the garden is something that everyone can identify with and this book picks up on that perfectly. It can be appreciated by adults and children alike and is a perfect gift.
