I was inspired with this book, which has classic flower arrangements and modern arrangements within. The photography is great and the step-by-step sections make it easy for everyone.
This book covers all the basics to get you started, and gives you ideas to expand and improve on.
Great for anyone keen to learn the art of flower arranging, but without breaking the Bank. Well worth buying!

All you need to know about mechanics,foliage, excellent diagrams to help you understand the principles behind traditional arrangements. How to condition your plant material.What wild plant material is useful in flower arranging, what season it is available and to what it lends itself in an arrangement, i.e line, filler or focal. What cultivated flower and shrubs are useful in arrangements and again to what they lend themselves.
A truely handy book that no beginner should be without taking you from traditional to modern work.
