It is an up to date book. I wanted information on flower arranging, what goes together and so on.
It gave me more information than I thought it would, and how some arrangements are put together (which is much easier than i thought). For a beginner, it's really good and I like it.

This book is a delight to read, with page after page of helpful and practical advice. The most attractive thing I found about it however was the quality of the photographs and illustrations. Even ignoring the content, the book feels good.The paper quality of the pages, the binding and the covers all feel luxurious and well-made. It was bought as a Christmas present and was so well received, I am gald I made this choice.
