Young Jewish just-marrieds and other ladies who are interested in the art of European coookery will be delighted with Floence Greenberg's commentary and recipes. I am certainly not the world's best cook, but even I, on following Greenberg's recipes manage to produce a decent, eadible meal. There is something about home-cooking that cannot be surpassed by modern-day technology of instant freezing.
