Flor de Sal boasts a harmonious flavour and high mineral content. Given that Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc is a totally natural product, the colour and consistency of the crystals can experience a slight variation. In order for Flor to Sal to develop its full armoa, we recommend it is used after the cooking process. Havested in the salt flats of Es Trenc, Mallorca.
