this book is great in that it really brings home the importance of oxygen in the human body! it made me realise that health is a personal responsibility and that we can all achieve full health and leave the average "medical doctor/standard pharma approaches" back in the middle ages where most of them belong!
i liked when Ed talked about his "crown jewels" which is basically a good attitude to life in which he outlines seven approaches we can take to health that can transform life like a clean colon, good clean water,enzymes, emotional balance etc..
personally i don't like thick books and feel Ed could of made it a tiny bit smaller:) although he needed all those pages to share as much as he could and for that i am thankful!
i think Ed does great work and he is a gentleman who is never too busy to answer an email. i would encourage this to be part of everyones personal library beacause you will keep coming back to it.

“Flood Your Body With Oxygen” is the most detailed book published yet on the relatively unknown area of health known as “Oxygen Therapy”. As well as oxygen (O2), the subject incorporates the use of medical ozone therapy and hydrogen peroxide therapy. Reading this book leaves the reader surprised at the common sense and simplicity of the concept underlying oxygen therapy, and astounded at the way in which this inexpensive highly effective, gentle and non toxic approach to treatment has been ignored in medical circles. The author, Ed McCabe, is reluctant to point fingers, yet the reasons are often hinted at: namely the conflict between the effectiveness of oxygen therapy with vested corporate and financial interests, and at times the ego’s of self styled experts who refuse to examine the overwhelming evidence in favour of the therapy. The books details remarkable cures of AIDS, cancer and other supposedly incurable diseases by employing any of the various methods described of flooding the body with singlet oxygen. The back of the book details many practitioners and clinics offering the therapy especially in North America and Europe, as well as information on where to access products for self treatment. The book is therefore more than just theoretical, but gives the reader the power to take his health into his own hands through the use of the various oxygen therapies.

This book is a great find. 19th century medical science brushed under the 20th century carpet by those with vested interests in the drug companies. Now brought to everyone with the sense to use it, this oxygen therapy is a comparitively cheap and really effective way of improving your health! I've been using Oxylift for a month now and am feeling much better,and am continuing with other suggestions in the book. Watch this space! M. Jones, Wales.

Good concept but rubbish book.
A great big whacking sized book, full of technical information which could be more easily read and understood with just a few simple research hours on the web. A waste of money.
