Lomax and Biggs are enjoyable characters which give pleasure to readers of Mr Karp's amusing stories. I'm looking forward to their next case.Night Passage (A Jesse Stone novel)

Excellent series. 1 Feb 2012
Format:Paperback
I loved the first 2 Lomax & Biggs books and, unlike the other reviewers here, I felt that this was an equally good entry. There are some great twists throughout the story and always a lot of fun. I feel the partnership has a lot of potential and would agree, though not essential, it is a series that is enhanced by reading in sequence.

This is the third book in the Lomax and Biggs Series. A couple of wise-cracking homicide detectives in LA takes you on another journey into the deadly world of real estate, only this time it gets personal.

This is a good book. If you were a fan of the first two, then you will certainly enjoy this. If you havent read any other books in this series, then I would suggest start with The Rabbit Factory. Like another post has said, it is good, but somehow just doesnt match the first book.

Having said that, it is well worth a read, and surely an item to own for any fan...
