The book has had a face lift, though I'm not sure that's necessary two years down the line; the typeface is different, the overall dimensions a little slimmer.
It is a good book to 'dip into', there are plenty of 'flip bits' and graphics to break up the text and you won't need to make notes or highlight, as this is done for you in effect. Take on board the ideas when you're 'up' and use them when you could do with a boost.
So, if you bought the original, either give this a miss, or look for a second hand copy; if you didn't I would recommend a read.
