After just one use the cord began to fray where it had been locked in position so we had to cut and re-tie the cord whilst out on a walk. After a few more walks it began to fray again in several other places and then snapped with the dog on it. We have a new rescue dog and so we wanted an extension lead like this to be able to give the dog the chance to explore but to also have a bit of control while she learns who are new owners are. I won't be buying another Flexi Classic.

good at giving dog some freedom when you dont want to risk letting them off the lead also comfortable to hold not to big or clumsy.

Ideal for a 12 week old retriever pup but am sure will still be suitable when he is older. Was planning to go for tape but ended up getting this cord one - very happy. Not sure how tape would improve it.

This is a beter product than I could find in the shops, more robust and cheaper. Delivered on time and certainly doing the job so far (I have had it about a month)

good quality
This is an excellent quality flexi lead - not too heavy to carry- would suit a medium sized dog. 5m is ok for new dogs when training.

Dog lead
Unfortunately I did not use this lead for very long as my dog was old and last week had to be put to sleep. For the time I used it I was quite satisfied with it.

Brilliant
Good value for money the product feels sturdy, the length is perfect my dog is kept at a good length but I can quickly get to him if I need to. Would highly reccomend.

It's a dog lead, it's cheap, it works - what more do you want?
This is the best cheap option for an extending lead. I bought this for my lab puppy and it works just fine; doesn't jam at all and the lock works fine.
