Moroccan cooking is new to both my husband and I, this book sets out the recipies in a simple and easy way to follow. We've cooked serveral dishes in the last couple of weeks and all of them have been a delight. There is a real selection of meat and none meat dishes so if you are a vegetarian you wouldn't be disappointed. The book also contains some nice factual information on the background of the dishes and regions, with beautiful photos so that you get a real feel for Morocco.
We certainly are happy cooks with satisfied tummies!

I am sorry but I was very disappointed. I was hoping for a book that would help me to use a tagine. Yes there are some recipes for using a tagine but they are all using them on a hob. I wanted wanted recipes that I could put the tagine in the oven and slow cook not have to watch over 'simmering' pans.Very unusual when I have bought something from you. Regards Eileen Roberts
