i had been drinking flavia at work so it was great to get this smaller machine for home,the sachets are easily bought online with next day delivery! loads of different teas and coffees,my favourite is the Mars swirl.,mmmmm.

It's a great system that looks good, with a wide range of tea,coffee,fruit tea,herbal tea,and hot chocolate drinks.
It's easy to keep clean, and easy to use.
I think it's the best of it's kind on the market, and yes like others I love my machine.
So why only 2 stars?.
It's because you can only get the drinks(sadly not with Amazon)on line, which means you have to rely on the Royal Mail for delivery. That's OK if you have someone to receive the delivery, but if you havn't you have the usual Royal Mail delivery problems.
Unless you buy a catering box of each drink costing around £20 for 100 or so drinks. Then you can get a dated delivery.
If like the other 2 main brands(Tassimo or Senseo) of this style of machine you could get the drinks in a supermarket it would get 5 stars.

Great Coffee
Great coffee although you have to buy the sachets and so are limited to what Flavia offer. Coffee and drinks are great but be warned they very expensive.
