This is the first scholastic "Read and Respond" book I've bought to use with my class. I was very impressed with the content and the ideas it had.
I was doing Flat Stanley as a class project with a P2/3 class and I didn't use all the worksheet with the kids. Sometimes I just took their ideas and adapted it to suit my class as the sheets were slightly too hard for them.
Overall a great resource and good value for money!

I found this had great extension activities for you to use if you are reading the book with 8-9 year olds. Maybe a little younger depending on the class.
