Keegan is a property lawyer who qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and has worked for both Eversheds and Pannone. She specialises in Urban Regeneration, residential and mixed use property development, and high volume plot disposals.

A book that Every Developer & Lawyer should have to hand,

This work is invaluable to the experienced and novice and highlights many issues that have to be considered, that can cause delay to a project. Having a copy to hand has been a good referance to refer to.
