I installed it with no problems on my new HP Windows 7 64bit Computer.
The program has an option to fix-all which listed eleven items from disk defrag, anti virus pattern updates and registry.
First it did the defrag which of course took quite some time. I would have thought updating the visrus definitions should have been first myself.
It managed to fix (not that my machine was broken in the first place) ten of the eleven items.
The last item, the registry it said it could not fix and when I tried the option again it just increased the amount of errors it could not fix every time.
Clicking on "Details" claimed I could click on an option to skip these items but no such option actually existed.
I then found that every time I used IE8 I had to says yes to allow Adobe flash to run... Never had that before.
Looked in the help which has a link to the makers website but that also does not work and requires a manual edit of the url to get to their site.
No help for the registry error at their site and no sign of a user forum.
Lastly the antivirus protection.
This seems basic and fails to detect all but the basic eicar test with the real time scanner.
A Manual scan did however detect a eicar test virus in a zip file at both level 1 and 2 (zip in a zip file).
Lastly I would say "If it not broken don't fix it" and would only invest in such a "jack of all trades, master of none" if you have an issue.
You can also it seems download a trial from the makers website.

The suite of FixIt maintenance tools are certainly a handy bunch, although perhaps not indispensable. Installation is easy and many will be surprised at the inclusion of a paper manual explaining the various facets of the suite. Users can decide whether to use the included internet security elements too and if they are not opted for the FixIt utilities sit easily alongside any existing internet security programs, although it did not recognise my firewall component and flagged this as an issue.
The PC maintenance tools ferret out all manner of files and issues which slow Windows down, even straight after a fresh install, and even used on the latest version of Windows (7). Once installed the application remains in the background either protecting your Windows from failure or just monitoring for information. There is no perceptible hit on system resources from this monitoring.

Installed easil onto two PC's. Works without problem. Able to resolve many widespread issues. Would recomend to anyone wanting to use a similar type product.
