Good resource for adding diversity to your basketball practice sessions and for making improvements in specific areas within your team. Drills are well-explained and the book is logically organized so as to allow the reader to quickly locate drills for their area of interest (post play, guard play, team offense, team defense, conditioning, etc.) Great for practice planning.

Fantastic Follow-up to the legendary Five-Star Drill Book. A must have for any coaches or aspiring coaches. Drills from the best coaches and players.
A good coaching tool

I have used this book for two seasons now and it does offer some good drills. I am able to adapt the lessons to the right age group as ours is a bit young for some of the drills. I like how the book separates drills by aspects of the game, for example there is a defense section, etc. It is not my favorite coaching book but it is useful and I do recommend it.
