I'm not really one for self help books because i haven't got the time and I haven't got the patience. But I picked this up at a friends house and after two minutes I was into it. Written in a very lighthearted manner, the five minute failure aims to help you recognise the signs of what you're doing wrong (and armed with that knowledge avoid the common pitfalls...) in life, at work and as part of an organisation. These three sections make up the book, which is written in an extended conceit by the "professors of the college of failure" who are apparently jkeen on showing you how to become a failure -
Another thing I liked about this is that it's written in short sections, usually no more than a page or two, allowing you to dip in and deal with a particular issue when you've got a few minutes spare. I read the whole book, but not in a "straight line", just by dipping in as and when. Overall, this is a gentle reminder of how to get by rather than hard core self help (which is often too overpowering)... recommended for those who want winning the easy way!!
