Book Description

8 Jun 2012
The blockbuster bestseller now in a manga edition--fully illustrated and fun to read! Beautifully illustrated by Kensuke Okabayashi, this enthralling edition of Patrick Lencioni's massive bestseller gives readers a new format in which to understand the fascinating, complex world of teams. Kathryn Petersen, Decision Tech's CEO, faces the ultimate leadership crisis: Uniting a team in such disarray that it threatens to bring down the entire company. Will she succeed? Will she be fired? Will the company fail? Lencioni's gripping tale serves as a timeless reminder that leadership requires as much courage as it does insight. Throughout the story, Lencioni reveals the five dysfunctions that go to the heart of why teams--even the best ones--often struggle. He outlines a powerful model and actionable steps that can be used to overcome these common hurdles and build a cohesive, effective team. This is a compelling fable with a powerful, yet deceptively simple message for all those who strive to be exceptional leaders. Kensuke Okabayashi (Jersey City, NJ) is a working illustrator, a graduate of the School of Visual Arts, and an instructor at the Educational Alliance Art School in New York City.

Needed the book for work, searched amazon under "books", of all things, then a well disguised poxy poster turns up. B****cks! Didn't want, or need this piece of cr*p, what a waste of money. That'll teach me not to shop using amazon mobile again.

If I could give negative stars, I would, book suppository.

1.0 out of 5 stars Folded poster 7 May 2013
By Vivian - Published on Amazon.com

It loses the effect by being a heavily folded poster. I wish it would have arrived in a tube. I won't hang it at work, it looks as though I tore it out of a magazine!

3.0 out of 5 stars Clarification 4 Jun 2013
By Janice Volkoff - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Poster|Verified Purchase
I expected that the poster would be in a tube so it would be suitable for framing. The poster was delivered as a flat which was folded in four sections. It is not suitable for framing, but was not advertised as such. I will attempt to order another 2nd Edition poster which is suitable for framing (i.e., delivered in a tube). I realize that this may not be available. Otherwise, the poster arrived intact in a flat and was early in delivery.

I'll be happy to change the rating if this ever arrives. Disappointed. Since this was inexpensive, it is not worth pursuing. Still, I just wasted money.
