I purchased the humane mole trap some time ago as I did not want to kill the furry thing as it only damages the look of my lawn. I managed to catch the mole after about 5 attempts. What i found was that you need to make sure there are obstructions around the tube so as the mole does not burrow around it, beleive it or not i put a a hand spade either side and overed the top with the turf. Success, managed to catch a very healthy plump mole!!!!! I dug a small tunnel into roadside bank with fields behind and went back three days later and low and behold the mole had very happily carried on tunnelling where i had left off!!!!
NO MORE MOLE HILLS!!!!!!
PLEASE USE THIS TYPE OF CATCHER AS IT IS HUMANE, I WAS WORRIED WHEN I READ PREVIOUS REPORTS THAT THE MOLE WOULD DIE AND YET THIS IS A SUCCESS STORY WITH A HAPPY ENDING!!!!!
