It's a skipping rope. It's just long enough for a 5'6" person but I don't use it as much as I thought I would!

Do NOT buy this skipping rope! I only used it 3 times and the plastic rope snapped clean off near the handle, very annoying. For the price its a joke, seeing as it didnt last longer than a week...stay well clear, recommend getting a rope with a ball bearing on the handle..

This is a good speed rope, very light and easy to handle. It is about right lengthwise (10f)for people 5f11' but taller people should buy even longer rope. My only disappointment was with the material the rope was made of. I used the rope outdoors a couple of times and it has scratch marks already (the picture suggested the rope was solid black, but it is almost transparent grey), so not sure how long it will last. I imagine it should be fine for indoors though.
