Useful 25 Nov 2010

I've had sciatica following my pregnancies and this was suggested to me by a pysiotherapist. I chose this one as it was the best value for money. It really does help with easing sciatica and lower back aches. All you have to do is put it on a chair and sit on it - you are slightly off balance and therefore working and toning lots of core muscles which in turn help to ease your discomfort. It requires no real effort on your part and can easily be fitted into your day by taking it to work or sitting on the cushion when eating your main meal of the day - 15 mins a day should show some benefit. Add some skechers shape ups for your feet and sciatica should be a thing of the past :D Its also much easier to store than a full size gym ball .

These are popular in gyms but strangely difficult to get hold of. So I was pleased to get my hands on this at good cost.

Very good 12 Jun 2011
Size Name:One
On advice of physiotherapist purchased a wobble cushion after an operation to have my joint fused in my foot. Great cushion, right size and easy to blow up by mouth. Great value for money as it's very well made and good quality. The only criticism I have is that it did not come with a booklet that showed the different exercises you could do on the cushion. I had been shown by physio feet exercises but apparently you can use it as an exercise for your core strength which is good for your back. As a novice I have no idea on how to fully get the most out of my cushion.
