I really like these kettlebells . After much deliberation and after reading some other reviews I bought several weights of this make, I am glad I opted for the more expensive option.I wanted sturdy kettlebells, yet ones which had slightly smaller handles and a flat base for doing things like renegade rows and push ups .The shape of the handle is really crucial with this piece of equipment, everybody will have a preference for which type they prefer, I recommend trying ones out at a gym if you can.My gym had two makes, this one and an all black cast iron russian set which I found really hard to do overhead work with, the handle felt wrong for my hand and wrist shape. A slightly curved smooth handle is best I find.Kettlebells are a fantastic piece of equipment. They take up minimal space in your home and provide an amazing workout for whatever your needs are, be it cardio, ab work infact anything you care to dream up.....also a really nice and more challenging way to exercise than just using weights, in my opinion. Kettlebells force you to use your core to stabilize your body whilst engaging in the many and varied regimes they offer.
