On going through this game, it can be seen quite clearly that a lot of thought and effort has been made to produce this game. This features a USB camera which shows a small picture of your self next to the coach. The USB camera does not have very clear images however in some exercises for example, latin dance you can see if you are doing the steps correctly. In other exercises for example floor exercises it is pretty much useless and you could liken the game to a fitness DVD with the added advantage of pleasant music and the nice wii characters...
The game features tons of different routines and it has been graded into balance, flexibility, cardio, upper body, core and lower body. For a novice these terms may not make sense however for someone who has been to many classes in the local gym , this kind of classification is very good.The instructions are extremely clear and every routine starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down and stretch routine which is excellent as this is how it should be done. There are many different backgrounds and extremely pleasant music and the instructions to do any particular routine is very good, as good as attending a class at your local gym,
As far as I can see you will not need to use wii remote or wii balance board with this game.
All in all you get enough for your money considering the time and effort it must have taken to produce this wide variety of routines and exercises.

Out of all fitness Wii games, I found this one to be the best!
It has a great variety of exercises, which you can combine how you want function of your goal; what I enjoyed the most is the fact that the exercises are not simplistic, but more elaborated like it is done in a real fitness club at the needed speed and number of repetions of a real workout!
The build-in camera helps as well!
A little minus is the fact that you cannot predefine a specific workout length, for example if you have 45 min available, you have to build this of individual smaller workouts one by one.
But, appart of that I strongly reccomend Fitness Coach Club! If you want only a social game, probably this is not for you, but if you want a real workout, go for it!

Fun:
Nice game, but some negatives.
There is a good range of exercise routines, which can be paired up for various goals, and whatever you are working on you cannot help getting bits of other stuff as well. There is a range of intensity available although an experienced exerciser may find that many workouts are a bit light for full on days.
Which takes me to the negatives... you cannot specify the intensity at which you want to work, and get the program to suggest the best workouts, and there is no description, so you don't know what a workout is going to be like, or even which category of exercise it comes from until you start it. You get a huge number suggested for each goal, so it takes some time to find out what works for you. But you can rate workouts you have done so you know in future which you enjoyed. As another reviewer said, it would be nice to be able to specify a full hour's work in advance, but even more, I would like to be able to select a stretch routine at the end, rather than have stretches at the end of every routine, which can take up to a third of the workout time. The option to include equipment in your routine has gone, which is a shame... I have a step, weights, ball, and HRM, and would like to use them (Well, actually I do for some bits...). It would also be hlepful, since it suggests targets for each day if it tracked and reported your day's progress. The last negative is that there is no obvious progression as you complete goals... I seem to be at some sort of bronze level for each goal, but am not sure how, if ever I will progress, and what effect this will have on the options available.
