This book is full of insight. It is a book written by a vicar, discussing best practice in Church leadership. Yet it reads as an excellent management tutorial. The observations and case studies provide great practical advice on how to manage and develop large groups of people, and lessons on the fundamental importance of getting the work/life balance right. You could spend five times the money on a book by a businessman who has been succesful because of his school-tie, or you could look at the findings of a writer who has learnt through experience how best to Lead. This book is fit to lead the best-sellers list.
