A good DVD with a selection of pilates workouts. It's always good to ba able to do a little or a lot. Again the routines become more challenging with the higher number of minutes. Good instructor with a nice manner.
I thought I would manage this, no bother, but I found it very hard to do the most basic exercises!! Not as fit as I thought, then? good workout for someone used to exercising, and well laid out, with explicit information and caveats. Quite impressed.
