I just did all the workouts on this DVD and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The teacher is brilliant, she is bubbly, has a great personality which shines through the workouts, she explains the moves well and the cueing is pretty good, she does use the word "lovely" a lot, but it is not annoying and just adds to her personality. All the workouts are well thought out and whether it is the 5 minute one or the 20 minute you feel you get a good workout from all the sections.
5 minute workout - The first few minutes are low impact aerobics and then you go on to the floor to complete this section. Very enjoyable and good to use when you are strapped for time.
10 minute workout - This is advertised as a dance based workout, it seemed more aerobic to me, however, some of the moves were a little bit complicated to master, but it was my first attempt and it would not take long for me to get to grips with the moves. The first 5 minutes are standing aerobic/dance moves, then you go onto the floor for some very intense leg work, advance exercisers would love this part, I am intermediate and I had to stop for one or two reps because my legs hurt. Excellent!
15 minute workout - Great workout, mixes aerobic style moves and toning those problem areas of the bum, tum and thighs. You could really feel the exercises working and I am sure I will ache well tomorrow.
20 minute workout - This workout is broken down with 15 minute section of aerobic, cardio, punching and kick boxing moves and then 5 minutes of mat work. I love this one, the cardio/boxing really gets your heart pumping and mat work at the end finishes this section off perfectly.
In summary, these workouts are well balanced, easy to follow/learn and you really feel you have done something to improve your body shape and health. I highly recommend this DVD.
