This DVD seems to have a couple of good reviews and I am glad that some people enjoyed this. However, I found the DVD very basic, boring and too easy to do. I am an intermediate level exerciser, so it wasn't for me, however for someone who is new to exercise this may be a very good DVD for them (hence why I voted it 2 stars and not 1).
The only section I felt of any use is the 5 minute one, but again this wasn't brilliant, it was mat/floor work and concentrated on abdominal exercises (you would be far better off buying the Muffin Top Burn Off DVD of this series).
The 10 minute workout was a Latin dance workout, but the moves given were not enjoyable to do and I found I couldn't be bothered after 5 minutes as I was not motivated at all.
The 15 minute workout promised to be heart pumping and energising, this was very wrong; it was too easy, too repetitive and very boring.
The worse section for me was the 20 minute workout, it was based on bollywood style moves which should have been fun, but again the moves were repetitive, had no variety and I was so fed up with doing the workout after 10 minutes, that I stopped and fast forwarded it to see if I was missing anything and sadly I was not.
The trainer seemed a lovely person, had a good figure, but did not seem interested in doing the DVD at all, in fact on one of the stretching parts of the workouts, she rushed it and only half finished it. In summary, it is a great DVD for absolute beginners, but definitely not for intermediate and advance levels (or if you get bored too easily).
